The easiest way to connect with positive vibrations is to recall an incidence that made you smile. Our cat and dog do it for us every single day!! Maybe a child of yours or a baby if you don’t have pets. When you are vibrating with a happy smile gently pinch yourself on your arm. Whenever you want to smile pinch the same spot and recall the incidence that made you smile. I do it all the time and it works a treat.

Mealtimes with my family were always intense. Dad and my sister were always at loggerheads and almost every meal had them arguing and my sister in tears.
At 11 years of age I learned that if I could make the family laugh our meal would be happy and full of joy. I became the Family Jester and still carry the capability to laugh with me everywhere I go.

THERE’S NO BETTER TIME THAN NOW
With the Covid Virus turning the world upside down and the media filling our minds with fear, feeling unsafe and grieving for what we have lost it is absolutely necessary to uplift our minds to ward off disease.
How better to do this than to work on our emotions and detach from the ones that drag us into the mire. This is called Emotional Mastery.
“How” you might ask. For example: when the feeling of “fear” is running riot in our minds and bodies we are giving the emotion life and allowing it to be a force.
STEP ONE: Simply turn off the Switch that gives it life. If we don’t feed the feeling it cannot live and hurt us.
STEP TWO: Replace the feeling. Force yourself (this is being IN CHARGE OF YOU) to think courage, fortitude and strength. Recall times where you felt courageous and strong and had the fortitude to stand up (while feeling scared) to support a close friend/family who was ill, a bully, a father or mother who put you down. Find a circumstance in your life where you were courageous and let that emotion run riot in your body, mind and soul. Feed that feeling, let it live and uplift you.
NOW GO SPIN THE WHEEL AGAIN
If it’s a loser trait, turn off the switch, go find its opposite, feed that feeling and be uplifted. Let me know how you went. It really is this simple when you are your own Master. BE IN CHARGE OF YOU! Otherwise you will be living with random emotions that control you. Not a pretty picture eh?
