Our belly is fired up due to our passions/talents, and along comes the obstacles. This is, unfortunately, perfectly normal and our plan goes “poof” out the window.  .

For the newcomers to my site, a big WELCOME and let me fill you in a bit. HelloTo Happier days is my personal diary of events, over the past 6 or so months, that has led me to the now. Choose to follow my journey, each step of the way, and you will find out where you are in your journey and what comes next.


Keep our fires stoked by facing these challenges “head on”. For example, an opportunity came my way that was in conflict with my passion. I was selected for an intensive training program (real hand holding and person to person), that could EXAMPLES OVERCOMING OBSTACLESmaybe bring dollars into my life more rapidly. I was emotionally tempted with the shiny thing, however it meant changing my focus away from my passion, leaving 4 months of work behind and starting again! Bitter pill I was not about to swallow. I faced the dilemma and it took me about a week to discover a way I could have my cake and eat it too!

Instead of changing direction, moving away from my passion, I found a way to weave the program criteria into my passion. Much to my delight, this move has been accepted and I’M IN! Woo Hoo!

I guess what I learned from this, is obstacles can be overcome if we look at them wisely and not allow our emotions to make the decision. I practiced what I preach by staying on track following my passion, thought outside the box and VOILA!


We are all faced with obstacles when learning new things. Emotional obstacles are perhaps the most common. For me to follow my passion (personal development) I needed to find a way to promote my thoughts and opinions. This meant building my website. I am not a tech savvy guru, more like a babe in the woods, however threw myself into the deep end. I was faced with numerous technical tasks where I felt totally at sea. I needed no idea of what I was doing and robotically followed instructions, banking on the hope that I needed followed the instructions properly.

On many occasions I needed misunderstood or missed some !#! gorgeous#&# little thing and what was supposed to happen didn’t happen. This caused me great frustration, overwhelm and I often ended up wound up tight as a spring. Time to walk away for a bit, breathe and be kind to ourselves. When learning something new we need to accept that sometimes it will be challenging and with passionate perseverance we will win.

I am glad to report that these basic technical skills have now become automatic, now I do them without even thinking about the how. I am constantly facing new technical tasks and when frustrated, I recall my knowing it will eventually fall into place. I keep my fire stoked!


HOW TO STICK WITH A PLANRemember that goddamn 12 Month Plan we put on paper previously? Because we are researching and learning new things about our passions new bells and whistles are constantly in our face. Ooooo that looks good, want to try that one etc. What do these bells and whistles do? They distract us from our plan and we spend/waste hours exploring the how, why and when they might be handy? Do you agree?

We have a goal for the week and the month and this needs to be forefront in our minds daily. I keep reminding myself each day, now what is it I am focused on this week. I then go looking for anything that can help me achieve my goals.

Being able to tick off tasks brings us great satisfaction (that “I did it, woo hoo” feeling) and has us charging forward to the next step to get that feeling again.

When we stay focused and can tick off little steps along the way that brings us tremendous pleasure we move closer to the end game. Furthermore, before we know it we have achieved our weekly goal.


Do you know what, this doesn’t need to be a lonely journey. I have read over and over that successful people surround themselves with like-minded people. By keeping company with others who are taking responsibility for their actions we automatically receive “free” mentoring. Like minded people share what is happening, how they did it, or how they overcame the very same obstacle. They willingly lift us up when we are down, point us in the right direction and have our backs. AndHOW TO STICK WITH A PLAN we delight in doing the same for them. We have our own community and so do the entrepreneurs.

I have discovered when I was wallowing around in the “norm” with my friends, we were all complaining about how tough life was, how stupid the pollies are, discussing the pros and cons of renewable energy etc. etc. and you know where I am going with this. In essence, we were wasting our lives, totally unaware of the way out of the rat race and keeping each other in the mud. Poignant quote comes to mind: “How can we soar with the eagles when we are mixing with the turkeys”. When we set our sights on being successful, we naturally surround ourselves with friends that take responsibility for themselves, are on the same journey and support our endeavours.


I am proud of those of you that have discovered your unique talent and need a way to promote them.  Online marketing is fast becoming the “norm” (I might add a good “norm”) and in my opinion is the best way to expose and promote your talents.

Goal No: 5 Action Our Talent. Fired up and ready to nail it? In previous articles we’ve found our passion which led to discovering our talent. Now it’s time to tickle our soul and act on our preordained talent.

Fire gives us the energy to dedicate our efforts to our passions. With determination, consistent and persistent hard work we can bring it home!


Working with our talents is not remotely like the daily grind it used to be when working for a boss. When working for a boss we are not passionately motivated or deeply interested in the company’s future. Sure we give our best but our hearts arePASSION, FIRE AND TALENT not truly in it.

Our passionate talents inspire automatic enthusiasm and motivation. We can’t wait to get into again. Our efforts have grunt and we are turbo charged.

We are alive and up to any challenge that comes our way. With persistent exploration we overcome any challenge and nail it!


Ingvar Kamprad, billionaire extraordinaire and founder of IKEA quoted “The most dangerous poison is the feeling of achievement. The antidote is to every evening think what can be done better tomorrow”.

I found this surprising. When we achieve we celebrate, reward ourselves and feel good. I believe what Ingvar is saying is we get distracted from the main game celebrating a small but significant goal along the way. I know I indulge myself for too long, wasting precious time with jubilation.

Focusing on “what can be done better tomorrow” moves us closer to our end game. It is said that Ingvar continually had his butt up and head down consistently pursuing ways to help his customers more and the flatpack was born.

The lesson here is if we keep focused on what we are doing, do more of it every single day, find what can be done better to help people, we will be so busy and by the time we look up “poof” the money has followed us.

I am hoping to obtain permission to attach an inspiring article about Kamprad’s journey for those interested.  Watch this space.


Isn’t it great? We have discovered our talent, ignited our fire, we are burning with the energy to go after our passion and help people along the way.

Now we need to push the dedication, determination, persistent and consistent effort buttons. I never said any of this wasTEDIOUS AND BORING easy, a free ride or a quick fix. Ask ourselves HOW MUCH DO WE WANT IT? I want it big time!

I am a bit of a rebel and found the next step almost unacceptable! There’s nothing exciting and exhilarating about putting a plan on paper. It is just plain boring for me. How people do a 5 year plan is beyond me. Yet I knew I had to have a plan otherwise it would be like building a house by starting with the roof, then the tap fittings, choosing the window frames and the doors, then starting the foundations,  off to choose the toilet, you get where I am going with this?


We need to have, at least, a 1 year plan with goals for every month. I intensely dislike planning and goal setting however, for the first time in my life, I disciplined myself and I was surprised at the benefits. I now have clear direction, I have identified where to start and steps along the way. It is clear as day what my next 12 months will look like. I wake up every morning knowing what I am going to do.

Amazingly, when I began to put the plan on paper, it became obvious to me what the logical ordered steps were.

Without this plan I did things willy-nilly, consequently I was all over the place with nothing connecting the tasks I accomplished. Like building that house above!  I have to, somewhat reluctantly, admit It is common sense to have a paper plan and weekly, monthly goals.


WORK OUR BUTTS OFFRemember Ingvar? Butts up and head down. Surprisingly, my passion gives me pleasure in doing the necessary tasks. I am exhilarated when I discover better ways of doing things, those aah ha moments. In a nutshell I could describe it as exhilarating learning. The point here is, in the main, I love what I need to do. When in this passionate state it is not hard to stay focused and I want to throw myself into each day with enthusiasm.

Not every single thing is exhilarating, like replying to emails and tending to the “weeds” however they need to be dealt with. Personally, I choose to get them out of the way first thing knowing that my day from then on is going to be exhilarating.


The daily grind that is so familiar to all of us is nothing but survival mode. We accept the rubbish we have been conditioned to accept by the social norms, our teachers, parents and peers. Being in survival mode robs us of our true potential and we stay stuck with the brain washed masses. It is not easy to challenge social norms, choose what we like in our conditioning and trash the remainder.

Let me ask you this: Do you want out of survival mode? Do you want to love the life you live? Do you want to feel enthusiastic and alive every day? If you answered YES, what are you going to do about it? There is no magic wand.


Look back in your life for 5 minutes and recall the magical moments when you felt invincible. Have a look, I promise youINVINCIBLE they are there. I have explained what to look for in my previous article. Now you will know what it feels like, how happy and alive you felt and how you could take on the world. Do you agree? That feeling is the heightened natural state of being that we are all born with and we connect with now and then.

Do you want to feel that way every day You can! You can reconnect with it at will, by following your passion, discovering your talent, lighting your fire and taking action.

In my previous articles titled Top 10 Personal Development Goals Nos: 1-4 I have outlined the steps to take to help you reconnect to, what is, so I’ve discovered, our natural state of being. The modern self help programs will have us retreating into our comfort zones at a million miles an hour. Why? We are simply not familiar with the jargon or the methods.  I dislike the word “manifest” and have replaced it with “create” (aaah I’m comfortable with that) and decided to throw myself in the deep end.

Goal No: 4 FIRE YOUR BELLY MEANINGLet’s look at what is, and how to fire your belly. Follow your passion, discover your talent and light your fire! It is that simple. We all have a hidden talent and the way to discover it is by embracing our passion.

Let’s recap on Goals 1-3: What we have explored and discovered so far.

It’s okay to challenge social norms and become an independent free thinker, how our comfort zones deceive and limit us from exploring, trying new things and how our cosy couches keep us from action.


How do we do that you might ask? Our passions are things we love to do like playing a sport, writing, the arts, helping others, coaching, welding, gardening, cooking whatever ignites us. Things we can’t get enough of. We want to know more, explore, learn about it. When we are engaged in our passion time becomes irrelevant. We are so absorbed in doing what we love hours drift by and we don’t even notice.

This state of being, the zone, automatically lights our fire! It is the fire that keeps us absorbed, curious and feeling alive, excited, rewarded at each little discovery, suddenly we try new methods, add something we never thought of before etc. We are deeply engrossed.


Once we explore and find our passion/s we head off to do more of them. During in this process we will discover THE ONE that we love the most, hunger for, thirst for and our talent is out from hiding. All we have to do then is follow it.

Surprisingly, when we allow ourselves to go “all in” on the journey of following our new-found talent we shift our mind to a free space, being in the zone. Nothing else enters our mind and it not uncommon for me to forget to eat!

In the zone, the fire in our belly will contribute to whatever we are absorbed in by way of auto suggestions. Things like “would it be better this way, try this, add this, no that’s not going to work, here’s something to try”. You get my drift. I experience this all the time now and it is a brilliant, relaxed, cool and calm place to be.


I believe we all have. We have our good days when everything falls into place. Yes? I suggest we make time to think and recall times in our livesFIRE YOUR BELLY MEANING when we were in the zone. Rerun the video and notice how relaxed we are, how easy it is, we instinctively do, move, have clarity, know what to do and simply let it happen. It is especially easy to spot the zone when we are in a moving action. For example: we take an impossible perfect mark in footy, we hit repeated sixes in cricket.

When I was dancing I was simply doing it, floating along with no effort, having a conversation with my partner and my body was moving beautifully without me thinking about it. In these moments things are happening effortlessly. Do you agree?

We have an inspirational thought and the light bulb flashes. For example we write a “How To Get More Sales” Memo and sales flood in.


When we take the time to recall all the details, how we felt, which part of our brain was in action, we arm ourselves with how to consciously recreate the zone.

One thing I realised, big time, was when “in the zone” my mind was operating at a higher space in my head. When I am going about my normal everyday boring tasks, the part of my brain that is in action is between my temples. When I am “in the zone” my brain is in action a finger’s length above my temples. Fact – I can feel the difference.

The activity I was doing where I discovered this was listening to a Hynosis Download. Eeeeek! I hear you say. I was not a fan of hypnosis but I practiced what I preach. I challenged social norms, got way out of my comfort zone, took action, put on my Independent Free Thinker hat and embraced my liberated adult. What’s the harm in trying I asked myself?

Listening to a hypnosis download, giving it “our all” will automatically take us to this higher powerful space in our brains. It makes it easier to identify the zone.

FIRE YOUR BELLY MEANINGThis is getting a bit heavy! Let’s spice it up a bit. I believe when we orgasm our brain, metaphorically, sort of explodes. Our genitals are excited and stimulated but the “big moment” happens in our higher brain as well. Do you agree? The point here is to begin to identify, and know intimately, where powerful things happen in our brains.


We can recreate this power at will. When we combine the passion that engrosses us totally, the fire ignites, burns brightly and shows us the way. It really is as simple as that. Find our passions to get the ball rolling. Are we beginning to get the hang of this?

Goal No 2 & 3: Escape rat race and take action. Let’s look at how we are stuck in the rat race and ways to get out. Again, our brain washed/conditioned sub conscious teaches us to live this way and many of us simply accept it. It is not your fault.


I have covered, in depth, how our sub conscious pretty well controls our lives in my previous post titled Altered States of Consciousness Examples. If you haven’t already read this article, I suggest you do, and it will help you understand and apply what follows. For those who are already aware of our conditioned sub conscious let’s explore and take action shall we?


Let’s picture in our minds the image of a giant wheel in a cage where millions of rats run forward, the wheel constantly turns in a never ending circle and they get nowhere. This is the bulk of humanity going around in a circle. Do we see ourselves there?

ESCAPE RAT RACEWhere are we when we participate in the ludicrous behaviour? In our comfort zone. So cosy doing what everyone else is doing, following the only plan in our sub conscious that has been placed there from the limited thinking of our parents, peers and teachers.

We have inadvertently absorbed these habits and it is not our fault. How do we get out of this never ending circle? Answer: challenge our comfort zones.


Our comfort zones are full of unhealthy lies, deceptions and automatic decisions. One poignant one that comes to my mind is, our parents voted labor, liberal etc resulting in us voting the same. We don’t question whether we actually agree with the party lines, we simply do what our parents did and it is so warm and cosy. How’s this one: Mum and Dad follow the footy and support ………. and without questioning, who do we support? Remember there are a few independent free thinkers out that choose for themselves.

Our automatic behaviours are so ingrained almost across the board of life. We might ask ourselves what can I do to habitually make my own choices. Retrain our sub conscious. How do we do that? In this modern world there are self-help programs everywhere to help us create our own plan, our own unique blueprint and discover what we want to choose in life, instead of accepting what is installed in our comfort zones.

Remember our brains are sophisticated computers and we can install whatever program we choose.


Our comfort zones make us so lazy, we are now laying on the couch, totally accepting the life dictated to us from our brainwashed/conditioned sub conscious. Isn’t there an adventurer, explorer within us screaming “let me out, this is so boring! I want some action, excitement, to create my own informed choices, install my own fun computer programs. Even my computer is going rusty from lying idle. What you are doing to us “sucks!”.

To which we could reply: “Okay you smart ar…. what can we do?” “For starters We are passionate about ………… We couldTAKE ACTION learn all there is to know about it, perhaps it’s even a money making idea and we can ditch that boring job. Let’s go at it and we can create and install our own income program. Let’s actually research what life has to offer and install the plugin called Informed Choices, there’s another plugin we could install titled Jump Off The Never Ending Circle Wheel. Oh yeah there’s a widget, I love, titled Bucket List: How To Achieve Goals. Let’s take action, explore and have some fun”.

We need to give ourselves a kick up the backside, get off the couch, go take this bull (called Life) by the horns, subdue it and master it. Kick the boring, dead, habitual program out of the window and replace it with a brand new way of thinking.

We don’t hesitate to upgrade to the next model IPhone or push the upgrade button on our PC’s, televisions and cars. Let’s upgrade the most sophisticated computer on the planet: our brains.


Take a bow all of you precious people with a disability. Are we all living life in a wheelchair? We take for granted our fully functioning and mobile bodies and put them in a wheelchair. Picture that. The Invictus Games Athletes demonstrate passion, conviction and courage. They consciously create and install a brand new program into their computers. It is titled: I AM, MASTER OF MY FATE, CAPTAIN OF MY SOUL. (The Games motto). These inspiring life champions take the bull by the horns, subdue it and master it. I love writing these articles that reflect my journey to happiness. Whenever I put my thoughts on paper namely my recent discoveries, it firmly installs and upgrades my own new unique instructions into my brain. It is intended to help you out, even if my articles only evoke thought. That is a great place to start.

I commend the self-help programs that I recommend because I have purchased, used them and reaped the benefits. In particular, they speed up the process of change. The old hard slog of evoking change by affirmations, vision boards, goal setting still have their place, however coupling them with modern methods brings change rapidly. Believe me the new unfamiliar methods will have some of us wanting to rush back to our cosy comfort zones. Be brave, take action, try a new experience and make your own informed decision.

Goal No: 1 Examples of Social Norms. We are off to explore our social norms and discover how damaging they are and how they bring about limited thinking. Surprised? So was I!  Let’s personally develop ourselves to make our goals easier.


Believe it or not the social norm is a set of rules that dictates to us and most of us unconsciously choose to live by. Have you ever questioned the norm? Fortunately, the norm dictates some healthy ideas and unfortunately, some limiting unhealthy ideas about how we should run our lives. Most of us accept the social norms as gospel and rarely do they get challenged.


Within the social norms I have discovered how it limits our beliefs and damages our way of thinking. Let’s look at a fewSOCIAL NORMS examples of how the social norm has us take unhealthy action and make unwise decisions.

The norm dictates what is fashionable, i.e. what we will wear, what we will drink, what and how we should eat, what restaurants are the best in town, what is newsworthy (most of it being negative), what pills we will take, where our children will go to school etc. etc.

One classic norm rule most of us follow is buying a home. This home “must have” a mortgage, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the latest big screen TV, at least 2 garages, swimming pool, shed, and be equipped with all the latest fashion kitchens, tiles, windows, security system, and all the modern bells and whistles. You get my drift. This is commonly referred to as INSTANT GRATIFICATION and is explained in a recent post of mine which also addresses GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS.

Then the next rule is we must get a job and work for a considerable number of years of our lives to pay off the “acceptable” debt. Most of the time this means our wives must also work and the children then go to day care and this is OK, this is normal. Is it I ask? I don’t believe so.SMALL AND AFFORDABLE

We all have the capability to choose to buy, with a small mortgage, a small place without all the bells and whistles, live with the basic necessities (minimum of furniture, washing machine, fridge, kettle, a small TV) and make it our business to save for floor coverings, blinds and the bells and whistles with cash from our savings. End result, manageable mortgage that can be dispensed with more rapidly. Perhaps with a manageable mortgage, one of the parents can be a “stay at home” and witness the children growing up. Is this not common sense?

The norm teaches the populace it is just fine to be in debt up to our eyeballs and ALSO, FOR THE GOVERNMENT to be in deficit and continue to spend. Think about it.

The norm, in fact brain washes us and conditions us to “follow like sheep”. We don’t action our independent free thinking capabilities to arrive at our own informed decisions.


The saving grace for the norm comes in many forms. It teaches us, what is right from wrong. It is great to help people, protect and love our children, invent, discover medical breakthroughs etc and not okay to be murderers, violent folk, rapists, cheats etc.


Independent free thinking people are the brilliant genius type folk who invent, discover, explore and challenge “what is”SOCIAL NORMS therefore creating a new norm. A classic change in the norm is the internet. The masses benefit and accept the new norm, even the misguided ones. Things that come to mind that I find dicey are freedom of speech, no gender, climate change, political correctness. What are your thoughts?

When did we forget to think for ourselves? How can we accept our “sheep like behaviour?”. When did we stop being ourselves and become robots? This saddens me.


Let’s opt out of the limiting social norms. We all have the capability to become independent free thinkers and liberated adults. By fine tuning our thoughts we can let go of all limiting beliefs and know that “the sky’s the limit”. We need to personally develop our thoughts and discover our explorers, inventors, be brave courageous people who design ourselves and our lives. Take the lid off and have a look at what’s there.

We all need a helping hand and that includes me. Today, there are many people who are liberated adults and are doing their best to give us a helping hand. Their self-help programs teach us to think outside of the norm and reclaim our thinking capabilities. Most of the time their programs are unfamiliar (outside the norm) and even a bit challenging to accept.

Wearing my curious explorer attitude I took the plunge, despite my reluctance, consequently learning and experiencing a new way to tackle life and it’s challenges. I commend these people for being brave enough to share some of these outlandish ideas. I wonder why they did it? They are proof that their ideas are sound. No: 1 Personal Development Plan with an explanation of how to understand the mental processes required to change your life. Learn how to apply it and your path will be easier and probably quicker. Let’s go and explore shall we?

My previous article, called Altered States Of Consciousness Examples, is my first take on explaining the mental processes required to make change. I will give my updated take in this article to help further clarify this process. Sit back with a cup of coffee, relax, bring an open mind however do put your thinking cap on.




The two brain compartments that we are dealing with is the sub conscious mindset and the conscious mindset.


Our sub conscious takes care of functions like beating our hearts, our breathing and thousands more. These are stored in our sub conscious and happen for us on AUTO PILOT.

Added to our sub conscious is all the childhood learning that we absorbed from our peers, parent, teachers, what is HOW OUR BRAIN WORKSnormal, right and wrong, social rules etc consequently we are conditioned, perhaps brainwashed to behave in certain ways and this all runs on AUTO PILOT. Another way of describing this stored information is our comfort zones.

Due to our conditioning/brain washing our inner child is wounded. It wants to be recognised, nurtured and listened to. When this doesn’t happen it gets offended by adult rules and takes refuge in addiction, obesity, being false and wearing masks, being a rebel, a hoarder, a bully, a super achiever, intimacy problems, commitment problems, obsessiveness, fear of authority figures, liars, criminals and the list is endless.

In adulthood, the ripples or echoes of those experiences, both positive and negative, can have a tremendous influence on us. It could be a career choice that falls into the family dynamic (follow in Dad’s footsteps) or having a problem with drink, drugs, anger or adopting a great sense of humour, help others, cook the best scones etc. You get my drift. These behaviours are learned and run on AUTO PILOT.

We need to look at ourselves honestly and acknowledge damaging issues that may have festered since childhood, accept them without blame and recognise our child is in desperate need of healing.


Our conscious mindset as babies are full of wonder, playfulness and love learning, exploring and everything is an adventure. This is all displayed in our baby smiles when we are happy, learning to crawl and then walk, touching everything, crying when we are not happy, learning to speak etc. At this point in our lives we are honest and our integrity is on an all time high.

In adulthood, after absorbing all the conditioning our tainted conscious mindset takes care of all our daily decisions like all the boring grind stuff (cook a meal, go to work, take a shower etc.) as well as positive and rewarding decisions like learning, playing a sport, social dinners etc. and guides us with incorrect/correct actions stored in our sub conscious. THIS IS IMPORTANT: OUR SUB CONSCIOUS CAN ONLY GUIDE US WITH WHAT IS STORED, BE IT GOOD OR BAD.


By simply becoming aware of our unhealthy behaviours, we can take conscious action to repair the damage, nurture our child and change our behaviours and therefore our levels of happiness.

In fact, what we are doing is creating OUR OWN UNIQUE INSTRUCTIONS in our sub conscious mindset.


This is where we reconnect with our baby blueprint. The one that is full of wonder, playfulness, honesty, integrity, learning,NEVER GIVE UP not giving up (e.g. learning to walk, fall down, get up, try again, no such thing as failure). The best way to live our lives is mirrored in the baby blueprint. I believe this map is, in fact, referred to as our best self, our higher conscious and higher self. What do you think?

The unhealthy behaviours we learned were constantly re-enforced by repetition. Consequently, our own unique positive instructions need to be repetitive to become embedded in our sub conscious.

My unique instructions reflect my dream life in all it’s aspects. Whatever I dream up, am passionate about and desire is listed in my unique instructions. What will we put in our unique instructions? Our blueprints don’t want to sit on the couch, smoke, drink too much, be unfit, angry, tell untruths etc. Why? Because they hurt us, are unhealthy, cause remorse etc. We can change anything by applying our own unique instructions repeatedly.

Now I’m all for speeding up my unique plan, and since repetition is important, I employ Hypnosis downloads which are packed with repetition. I get the added bonus of deep relaxation for at least 10 minutes a day. I was not a fan of hypnosis until I decided to try it and then make an informed decision. I am so glad I was adventurous enough to try it and now I’m a fan. Why? Because it undoubtedly works, speeds up the process a bit like cheating really. In this case my unique plan says it’s okay to make this process easier, it’s healthy!!!

I always worked for someone else and consequently I was constrained and had to follow someone’s rules. I have changed this and am now working for myself, to my own rules and have my own online business. All the doubts, fears etc stored in my sub conscious are being replaced with I can, I am, learn the new, I am not giving up and the wonder of owning my own business. I am following my own unique plan. Do you see how this works?


PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANApply our own unique instructions. Our inner child will embrace anything that mirrors the best blueprint. Once on the right path our child contributes because they want to play, learn, laugh, feel joyful for our successes and help us along the way. I find it extraordinary how adventuresome, curious, courageous, brave and enthusiastic my child is.

In this day and age I believe there are many people who have discovered this “unique plan to change” and offer many self help programs to reconnect with our child’s blueprint. Most of them include the word “manifest”. I personally dislike the word manifest, because for me, it conjures up “what a load of crap”. However, I got out of my comfort zone and I decided I was curious enough to at least check a few of them out so I could make an honest informed decision.

What I discovered was they actually address these mental processes in exactly the same way as I have uncovered them. They are authentic and offer easier ways to apply our unique instructions and bring desired results more rapidly. The only thing I had to come to terms with was the word manifest. I have successfully replaced it with create. The techniques are somewhat unusual, and a bit of a stretch for those of us stuck in our comfort zones and those who won’t break out of the so called “norm”. There are a lot of people out there, using these techniques and parading their best lives and I want to be one of them, whatever it takes. How about you?

Once again, I am grateful I had the courage, the curiosity and was brave enough to be an independent free thinking person and form my own opinion. So what if the techniques are unusual and unfamiliar, if they work for me I happily embrace them. Will we access material and programs that can facilitate positive change in our lives? This is entirely your decision.

Why make our way with the laborious and costly exercise of consulting a Psych when change is at our fingertips. Why cheat ourselves by accepting the norm and bedding down in our comfort zones. I found it is exhilarating being an independent free thinker.


I don’t need to explain this step. We all know what we have to do! Stay focused and bring our lives to the best lives we could ever dream of. By applying all I have learned, staying focused and pursuing my dream life, like a bull dog, I live each day with excitement, enthusiasm, aliveness, gratefulness, facing challenges head on and overcoming them. The result, I am evolving into a liberated woman, an independent free thinker and LOVING IT! Where have I been all my life, buried under the brainwashing, the “norm” and bedded down in my comfort zone.


Think on this: Curiosity drove inventors, renown artists, musicians, digital and medical masters etc to be independent free thinker. They thought outside the box, outside the “norm” and followed their passion and curiosities. Would you agree? We have genius brilliant minds (it’s in the baby blueprint), all we need to do is to free our minds from convention and conditioning and become curiosity gurus.
